Thank You Party : DHA Siamwalla

Once I designed the key visual and other examples of graphic materials to support the bidding for Siamwalla Thank You Party. Siamwalla sell stationary, paper and the most famous product from them is the file folder that under brand name is "Elephant". Siamwalla wanted to set up the Thank You Party for all stationary distributors around the country.

This bidding competed with other agencies, which they had much experience in set up the event in nearby country like Myanma, Cambodia. Our theme was "Pet Prauma" under the chapter that we named for ourselves "Phachon Nakorn Hang Montra, Tarm Ha Nate Hang Rachun" or (Adventure in the city of magic, seeking out the eye of the King). Pet Prauma is the most legend in adventurer novel that I have ever read, It's very long story includes 48 books. It's about adventure of one family to find their brother that he disappeared in Morrakot Nakorn (emerald city). I think this story could be the same level of exciting as Indianajones,

Our theme was different in part of the place that we made the story about adventure that plan for all distributors to go. Pet Prauma was go to Myanmar, but we would go to Cambodia instead, which this would become our weak point later as we didn't have experience in setting seminar or rally activity in other country.

Our team offered this theme and plan the root for rally that start off from Thai-Cambodia border then will end at Angkor. DHA committees really liked the way we shown out creative. But It woul be effect to political problem along with the situation that time, Former Prime Minister Thaksin had traveled to join relationship with Hun Sen, Cambodian leader. Most of Siamwall's distributors have attitude against to Thaksin.

Below was my sketch perspective for the first night at the point where for inviting all distributors that would rally since from the Thai border to here in Cambodia.

For the first theme that we didn't pass it, but we won other 2 agencies as the idea was so interesting. So DHA (Siamwalla) gave us more chance to prove in 2nd round to compete with another one agency. This time we were not ready 100%. It wasn't about the theme that not passed, but we didn't finished as plan, and DHA didn't trust that we can do organize in other country.

The idea was about one of the most famous Chinese martial art movie in more than 20 years ago. I had to draw all characters by using Photoshop, to make it similar to the promoting ad like in the past. Beside these sketches, I just finished the stage and some others little, so we loss.
