ART PORTRAIT FROM LOW QUALITY IMAGE

Today, I have been assigned to design Invitation card for funeral. This was just very local job that my client gave other client for complimentary. The problem was the picture of the old man was very low resolution. I could let it pass, therefor, I used Smudge tool in Photoshop to brush until it looks more art, then created some background behind him. With this way, the image could be adjusted larger and get more resolution, which it looks nicer.
