STAGE DESIGN : HP SEMINAR

Every stage designs I made for HP was when I worked with MICE & Communication. Until now I resigned to be a freelancer to work at home, HP still strongly use MICE as their firm agency. These 2 stages has been made in Photoshop in different seminar.

Event's Graphic Design : HONDA Land of Dream

HONDA had the big event under the theme "Land of Dream", organized by YCOMM, which I have been assigned to design event's logo, stage and mascot (which is not the one on the left side that showing on the stage). I played with HONDA's innovative inventions as to be part of the element on the logo : AZIMO, cars, jet plane, vacuum robot, etc, and the stage design that made in Photoshop.

This below was the template for the poster size A1, it was sent to YCOMM's team to put a text in.

Stage Design by Photoshop : HP CIO Forum 2010

One of the HP seminar that I designed stage and booth, it was fine until our client needed to see other views, but Photoshop isn't capable in rotating object. So I must drew it all over again in different view. It took my effort not so long until we knew HP direction and what they need. So the next project, I could design 3D like stage or booth, by just showing them in one direction.

Concert Stage Design : Live for Life

The SAZZY (one of my long-term client) assigned me a new job, to design concert key visual and stage under the theme "Live For Life". This concert will be held at Muak Lek, Saraburi, where this place is surrounded with a mountains and beautiful nature. Various singer bands for life song and celebs would come to join this concert.

These below were the key visuals and stage design that I created for them.

Stage Design : Kim Hyun Joong Fan Meet Concert

This job was a part in pitching project of The SAZZY team. I helped them in designing the stage to show step-by-step opening of " Kim Hyun Joong" , the famous singer from Korea. This is fan meet concert for him.

This below is the beginning shot when the casket, which contains "Kim Hyun Joong" inside is coming up.

This is "Lonely Night Scene". The singer must follow the role that he will sit on the chair at the middle of the stage and singing.

The last scene is "Sakura". This role will present the Korean singer join singing with another singer, which she would be invited as a guest.

Event Design : BEDO

This job was part of the pitching project presented by The SAZZY, which I joined in designing the key visual, which I offered 5-6 options, they finally chose the last one, which is the graphic that looks like conceptually small island on the lake.

That key visual would be adapted to many medias to support in event. For the first theme, I came up with the idea of using butterfly figure, then put the related images inside each areas of butterfly pattern. The reason to use butterfly as it's part of the BEDO's logo.

The second one, I came up with the various images of animal to be retouched to make it looks interesting, but keep the butterfly to be the most outstanding.

Also showed them in full colors.

Client commented to concern to show more about the variety in biology that relate to my country, so I drew the farmer hat that placed on grasses, and shown the biological images in bubbles that flowing out from the hat.

Last theme was what they chose, as I scoped more the images that most relate to our biology, which rather concern to local living.

From the key visual, it would then adapted into brochure design.

Event Design : HP CIO Forum

This seminar held by HP, organized by MICE & Communication, which I used to work with MICE for many years.

This below is the stage design I made in Photoshop. Just showing them only front view, the backdrop has some cut elements like the window frame that supposedly seeing the plane is flying outside. The graphic part like : logo, title, key message, was controlled by HP.

After we sent this stage design to HP, it was not so long until they decides to change the concept of this seminar to be like this below.

This all are the system booths that would be located in the foyer area. All delegates can enjoy with their product presentation along with having their coffee break.

Stage Design : Microsoft CIO Seminar

This was par of the Microsoft's event names "CIO and Business Leadership", as I were part of MICE team, I helped them in designing stages, which I offered 2 options, which finally they chose the first one.

Event Design : Microsoft Partner Executive Kick Off 2011

Microsoft would like set up Partner Executive Kick Off 2011, to motivate all their partners to be ready for the next quarter. I joined in the part of designing all graphics. This below is the stage design that I came up with the idea of using moving clouds, the clouds would be projected from behind to show it's moving from left to right smoothly, and acrylic title and logo attached on the backdrop, the text material is quite simple because of budget.

This below is the award board for partner who won the prizes in that year. Each prize is different depends on what they won like : best selling, best managing, etc.

This is the Photo backdrop for all delegates come to take a photograph before they get into the seminar area.

Microsoft Stage Design

These were all the stage designs that I made for Microsoft when I worked at MICE. I made all these in Photoshop, which I can't use 3D Max or any 3D applications. The only one is a problem that I must come up with one more view by draw it all over again, if client need to see more.
